Highland Beach runs along the coast between Boca Raton and Delray Beach. Both neighbours are on our regular Palm Beach County route, so reaching Highland Beach adds almost nothing to the drive.
There is no minimum here and no surcharge for a short street. We are passing through either way.

Each visit is the same three steps regardless: pressure wash, sanitize, deodorize, at the curb, after your bins have been emptied.
